Welcome To Benchmark Carpentry

Being based in Ipswich, Benchmark Carpentry and Joinery provide services primarily in Essex, Suffolk, Cambridge and surrounding areas as well as being able to co-ordinate services countrywide.

Now in our 10th year of business and formed by local joiners James Nixon and his partner Gary Salmon. Born, educated and trained in Suffolk the pair head a 40 strong team of talented carpenters and joiners who have over the past years been involved in a number of prestigious buildings for many nationwide clients. These include, Haymills, R.G.Carter, Interserve Project Services, VINCI Facilities and VINCI Construction UK.

No job is too big or too small to be considered by the team, from household extensions, to kitchen refurbishments and grand scale roofing projects.

Over the years we have offered a broad diversity of joinery services, including kitchen installation, staircases, flooring, roof conversions, window and door fitting and home improvements.
